Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 19, 2026
This website of 樂健心臟中心 (the "Site") works to make its content and services accessible, on the principle that everyone deserves equal access to information. This statement describes the accessibility measures applied to the Site, their limitations, and how to contact us about them.
Accessibility status
The Site was built applying core principles of Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 Level AA guidelines, including:
- Correct semantic page structure (hierarchical headings, defined navigation and content regions).
- Declared page language and text direction, to support screen readers.
- Alternative text for meaningful images.
- Keyboard navigation and operation, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
- A "skip to main content" link at the start of the page.
- Maintained contrast ratios between text and background.
Accessibility tools on this site
An accessibility menu is available via the accessibility icon. It allows personal display adjustments including: increasing and decreasing text size, contrast modes (dark, light and grayscale), highlighting links, switching to a readable font, increasing line and letter spacing, stopping animations, an enlarged cursor and enhanced keyboard focus. Preferences are saved in the browser for future visits.
Important clarification
The accessibility menu is an assistive tool for improving the user experience. It does not replace dedicated assistive software (such as screen readers), and it does not by itself constitute certification of full standards compliance. We continue to review and improve the Site's accessibility on an ongoing basis.
Known limitations
Certain parts of the Site — particularly embedded third-party content such as videos, maps, external forms and social media components — may not be fully accessible, as we do not control how they are built. We are working to reduce these limitations.
Accessibility contact
